Refund and Cancellation Policy

How renewal cancellation, billing corrections and service-failure refunds work.

Cancel the next renewal

Cancel through your account’s billing controls before renewal. If you cannot access them, contact support@publishfy.app promptly before the renewal date. Your verified paid access normally continues until its current end date. Stopping use or disconnecting a platform does not itself cancel renewal.

Cancellation does not add time or carry unused dates forward. A pending or failed renewal invoice does not authorise another paid period. Free does not automatically convert into Plus: payment requires an explicit purchase.

If you change your mind

There is no automatic change-of-mind refund after service starts, subject to mandatory rights and individual review. Delaying approval or choosing not to use available service does not by itself extend your plan or create a refund entitlement.

Incorrect or duplicate charges

We correct verified duplicate or incorrect charges for the amount charged in error. Send your invoice reference, workspace, approximate time and reason. We may verify your identity and check payment records. Do not send full card details. Approved corrections follow the original payment route where available.

If Publishfy materially fails to provide the paid service

If a material Publishfy service failure remains unresolved seven calendar days after reporting, we offer cancellation and a proportionate refund for verified unavailable paid service and the unused remainder. You need not wait where applicable law requires earlier redress.

A disappointing marketing result, a lawful restriction for your misuse, or a platform decision outside our control is not automatically a Publishfy service failure. We assess the cause and the service we agreed to provide. Statutory remedies remain available.

How the amount is calculated

Use the subscription price actually paid, multiplied by the qualifying unavailable or unused time, divided by the actual paid-period duration. Count each interval once. The refund cannot exceed the amount of that charge that has not already been refunded. Used prepaid months are not repriced at the monthly rate.

For example, if a S$3,000 prepaid period has exactly 20% qualifying unused time, with no earlier refund or overlapping unavailable time, the refund for that time is S$600. The real calculation uses your actual paid dates. Publishfy currently charges no GST, so no GST is added to the refund calculation.

Review and payment timing

We explain the outcome and any agreed early termination. Banks and payment providers determine how long an approved refund takes to arrive. You may ask us to review a decision and retain any statutory or payment-dispute rights.

Read this policy with our Terms of Service, including its liability limits. Rights and duties that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
