Your content and instructions
You are responsible for having permission to use your photos, videos, music, trademarks and personal data. Check the facts and advertising claims in each post before approval. Follow the laws and platform rules that apply to your business.
Do not use Publishfy for fraud, impersonation, scams, unlawful discrimination, threats, harassment, exploitation or other unlawful harm. Do not create or distribute child sexual-abuse material or non-consensual intimate content. Other sexual, violent or harmful material may also be restricted by the relevant provider’s rules.
Respect platforms and other users
Do not send spam, buy or fake engagement, evade account restrictions, use stolen credentials or publish through an account you are not authorised to control. Do not scrape private interfaces or obtain data unlawfully.
Protect the service
Do not introduce malware, access another customer’s data, bypass approvals or usage limits, overload the service, or attempt to defeat security controls. You must not copy or resell Publishfy’s software without permission. Software restrictions apply only to the extent permitted by law.
AI output needs your review
AI may produce mistakes, misleading claims or content that resembles someone else’s work. Review the actual output and its destinations before approval. An automated check is not legal advice or a guarantee that the post is lawful, accurate or accepted by a platform.
What happens if there is a problem
We may ask for evidence of your rights, stop affected work, remove restricted material or suspend access where reasonably needed to investigate or prevent misuse. Urgent protective action may happen before notice. Where practical, we explain the issue and give you an opportunity to respond.
We may keep evidence needed for a lawful investigation. You remain responsible for complying with this policy, even if our checks miss a violation. Valid payment obligations and statutory remedies continue during a restriction.
Report misuse
Email support@publishfy.app with the relevant post or request reference. Do not send passwords or private access tokens.
Read this policy with our Terms of Service, including its liability limits. Rights and duties that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
