1. Programme structure
The programme rewards a direct referral of a genuinely new Publishfy customer. It is single-level and based only on the referred customer’s first eligible subscription payment. There are no recruitment-chain, downstream, renewal, upgrade, add-on, or later-purchase commissions. A participant may make unlimited direct referrals, but each new customer may have only one referrer.
2. Eligibility and acceptance
Participants must be at least 18, hold an active verified Publishfy account, provide accurate tax and identity information when requested, and accept the version of these terms shown in the wallet. New-customer rewards require a first paid subscription and successful risk review. Self-referrals, duplicate identities, circular referrals, fabricated customers, misleading promotion, spam, paid-account recycling, and use of another person’s payment or payout account are prohibited.
3. Reward calculation
The referrer may receive a cash commission equal to 10% of the first eligible net subscription amount actually collected. The new customer may receive non-withdrawable Publishfy credit equal to 10% of that amount. The eligible amount is the subscription subtotal after discounts and wallet credits, excluding tax, add-ons, refunds, chargebacks, renewals, upgrades, and subsequent purchases. Rates and eligibility are snapshotted when a qualifying reward is created.
4. Separate balances
Cash commission is recorded as a payable commission ledger and may become withdrawable after the hold and all checks. Publishfy credit is promotional value, is not money or a deposit, has no cash value, and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, sold, topped up, or used for peer-to-peer payments. Credit may be used for Publishfy-billed renewals, upgrades, workspaces, seats, usage packs, supported connections, campaign services, and premium creative products where offered. Renewal is the default credit use.
5. Holds, Stripe verification, and withdrawal
Cash commissions remain Pending for at least 60 days after the eligible payment. They become Available only after refund, chargeback, fraud, identity, programme, and account checks. Withdrawals require a minimum available balance of SGD 50, Stripe-hosted identity and payout onboarding, and a connected account with payouts enabled. Stripe receives and stores payout-account details; Publishfy does not store bank-account information. A requested payout may remain under review, fail, or be delayed by Stripe, a financial institution, law, or risk review.
6. Refunds, chargebacks, and corrections
Publishfy may reverse both participants’ rewards after a refund, chargeback, payment reversal, duplicate posting, calculation error, ineligible transaction, or programme violation. A reversal is recorded as a new ledger entry; prior ledger records are not erased. Negative corrections may offset future rewards where lawful.
7. Reviews, suspension, and evidence
Publishfy may compare account identities, payment instruments, payout accounts, referral patterns, and security or device signals; request supporting information; place rewards or payouts under review; reject or reverse rewards; and suspend programme access without deleting the audit ledger. Abnormal referral velocity or related-account patterns may require manual review. Privacy processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Taxes and independent status
Participants are responsible for determining and reporting any tax, licence, registration, or disclosure obligations arising from commissions. Publishfy may collect tax information, withhold amounts, or issue records where required. Participants must describe the programme truthfully and disclose their financial interest when promoting Publishfy.
9. Changes, termination, and disputes
Publishfy may change, pause, or end the programme prospectively for legal, provider, risk, or business reasons. Material changes require acceptance of a new terms version before further wallet access. Vested, valid ledger entries remain subject to holds, reversals, law, these terms, and any written settlement. Singapore law and the dispute provisions in the Terms of Service apply.
