Self-service requests
Workspace owners can request available account and deletion actions from Account Settings. Check the account, billing effects and recovery deadline before confirming. Save copies you need first.
Recovery period
The workspace recovery policy is seven days. Check the deadline shown for your request. The recovery window is separate from permanent deletion: limited payment, legal, security or unfinished provider records may need to remain. We delete or anonymise personal data when it is no longer needed, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
Closing a workspace does not automatically delete posts or copies held by a connected platform. It also does not replace cancelling a paid renewal; check your billing controls before closing.
