Automation is off until an authorized workspace owner or administrator accepts the current terms and deliberately activates a supported mode.
Guided
The customer reviews and approves each package or publishing action before provider submission.
Review Window
Eligible output waits for the configured review period. Exceptions and uncertain output require customer action and do not publish automatically.
Full Autopilot
Only supported, production-approved destinations may run. The customer remains responsible for brand instructions, legal rights, provider compliance, disclosures, and monitoring.
Limits and spending
Plan usage, per-workspace spending caps, provider costs, and global operator caps apply before a paid provider request is submitted.
Pause and exceptions
Customers can pause automation or disconnect a destination. Publishfy may fail closed and create a Needs Attention item after permission loss, quota limits, provider errors, or safety uncertainty.
